Pallets for Concrete Block Machine

The top and bottom board surfaces consist of multiple layers of abrasion resistant synthetic films. Lamination of hard wearing synthetic films are impregnated with high strength thermosetting waterproof resin. This increases the working life of the pallets for concrete blocks machines

Manually, veneers of densified hardwood fibres are cross laid to constitute the core of production pallet. The final thickness of the pallet decides the number of layers that are laid perpendicular to the adjoining veneers. Cross laying increases the strength of production pallets.

Pallets for Concrete Block Machine

The top and bottom surface of the production pallets for concrete blocks have a steel mesh reinforcement. It ensures equal distribution of the vibrations over the complete area where the vibration table touches the pallet.

Waterproof resin saturated, several layers of select asian hardwood veneers, are placed between steel mesh and synthetic film layers. It ensures additional strength and stability of the pallets for concrete block machines. It also ensures minimum deflection of production pallets when concrete blocks and pavers are loaded on them.

Precision saw cut & chamfered edges avoid damages to the concrete block machine and the production pallet for concrete blocks.. All sides are further impregnated with Polyurethane based coating to ensure resistance to water absorption.

Lamination of pallets by industrial strength fabric, saturated with resin, increases the abrasion resistant properties of the production pallet for concrete blocks. Such properties enable our pallet to continuously work for years producing a large quantity of concrete blocks and pavers over several years.

The multiple layers of resin saturated fabric adds to the structural strength of the pallet, resulting in better vibration transmission and makes it the most suitable pallet for concrete block machines.
